We don't currently offer furnished apartments at Stacks on Main. This gives you the freedom to make each room your own, from the furniture to the finishing touches, right from the start.

Our standard security deposit at Stacks on Main is $500, though this amount may vary depending on your screening results. Once you're approved, please note that the deposit is due within 72 hours to help us hold your new home for you. If you have any questions along the way, we're always happy to help.

Utilities are not included in rent and are billed separately to each resident. This gives you full control over your own usage.

Yes! We're happy to welcome pet residents at Stacks on Main, with up to two pets allowed per home.

There's no pet deposit at Stacks on Main, though a few pet fees do apply:

• One-time pet fee: $350 for one pet, $600 for two pets

• Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet

We want you to put your personal touch on your space and make it your own. Decorating comes with no restrictions, though modifications do require a reasonable modification form to be completed and approved beforehand. We understand that plans can shift from time to time. Breaking your lease requires 60 days' written notice, along with an early termination fee equal to two months' rent and repayment of any concessions received up until termination. Please contact our leasing team, who can walk you through the details.

Moving out starts with 60 days' written notice, and once your move-out day arrives, simply return all keys and parking passes to the office to complete the process. If any questions come up before then, our team is always close by to help.

You can expect your security deposit refund within 30 days of move-out.

Your home deserves to be well taken care of, and submitting a request is simple. Just log in to the Resident Portal and submit a work order anytime, day or night, and our maintenance team will take it from there.

Our team works to address maintenance requests within 24 to 48 hours, because a home that feels cared for is always the goal.

Out of consideration for everyone who calls Stacks on Main home, we do have quiet hours in place from 10 PM to 6 AM.
